As Director of Finance and Administration, Amy is responsible for the day-to-day business operations of the firm. She partners with the senior leadership team and plays an important role in strategic decision making and operational planning.

Amy is responsible for the accounting, financial reporting, budgeting, tax compliance, insurance, and audit functions of the organization. Amy is multi-disciplined and is responsible for a variety of areas aside from the finance and administrative functions. As the Firm’s Human Resources Director, she oversees employee recruitment and selection, payroll, benefits administration, and training.

Amy is also an integral part of the growing Association Management practice for Shenker Russo & Clark. With a strong foundation in business operations, Amy is well equipped to assist Small and Medium-Sized Enterprises (SME’s) with all functions of business administration.

Prior to joining Shenker Russo & Clark, Amy was the General Manager for the American branch of an international business to business company. There, she gained valuable experience assisting SME’s across industries. From finance to sales, human resources administration to co-working office administration, no sector of business operations was outside her skill set.

Personal and Community Service

In her free time, Amy enjoys spending time with her husband and three rescue dogs. She is passionate about animal rescue and often opens her home to dogs in need by fostering for the local SPCA.
